These bags are wonderful for storage and will fit directly under your bed for easy access.  If you are blessed with a large closet you may want to consider placing garbage or dry-cleaning bags over the items you won’t be using that particular season to keep the clothing clean.  Once you have the clothing covered you can place in the back end of your closet and bring up the lighter clothes for easy access.

Whatever method you decide to implement, don’t just clean your windows or your yard during the spring, use that energy to organize your closet and make it easier to find your favorite summer outfit. Not only will it be easier to determine what you have but you will get into the habit of doing this routine for every season and never worry about a messy closet.
